What if I my design needs different layout pages?

Because we use Blue Print CSS Framework there's an enormous flexibility to build different layouts within the same theme, and we always include a sample page with some of the possible variations for your reference. After receive your project order we will contact you if for some reason we find any design requirements difficult to achieve with the standard package.

Where can I use the themes?

It's your design, your theme. And you can use it for a client site, your own site, or even to resell it as a CMS Made Simple theme if you want to. Our name will not appear anywhere in the code, files, or graphics. Though we are happy to offer you a 10% discount if you allow us to add the following badge to your web sites footer:

What if I have a problem installing my theme?

We offer skype support (€0.50/minute rate) and email (free) to help you with any questions you might have.

Is there anything special I need to do when sending my files?

We prefer to receive Photoshop PSD, Illustrator AI or Fireworks PNG files, with all the opbjets abd layers. This speeds up the process and make everything cleaner and faster. If you can't provide any of these files we do accept other formats but we may have to analyze it and eventually adapt the price of your project.

How does the "3 Steps" thing really works?

1. You put your order and we analyze your project requirements and files to make sure everything needed is on our side;
2. then we will inform you to make a 50% payment and start the work;
3. within 2 or 3 business days we will email you back with a zip file with all the sliced images, CSS and XML files that you'll need to import the theme to your CMSMS. In some cases, depending on your projects complexity, we provide instructions to add Global Content Blocks, additional module templates etc. You make the final payment.

Please note: this time does not include revisions. Depending on the types of revisions you need, the turnaround time could be extended but we will let you know immediately.

I need my theme for tomorrow! Do you rush orders?

We can provide a 1 day turnaround at an extra fee based on your project requirements. Please contact us for more details and pricing.

Can you convert my table-based web site into CSS?

That is something we'll be happy to do. Contact us with your site specifications and we'll get back to you with a custom proposal. Usually a URL is enough for us to analyze it.

Does your code include comments?

We include comments where needed so that is is easier for you to figure out where things are and what you need to do to implement your content into the structure of the site. If you need additional assistance regarding what to do with the files that we send you, please let us know and we can provide you with a custom quote for the additional work.

My site needs some custom scripting, module installation and configuration ? Is that included?

Only the theme and all it's necessary files are provided. If you need any thing apart from that, please make sure you let us know when you place your order. We will than provide you with a quote.
